Each EAPCCO Member Country is to have focal point officer at the regional CTCoE HQ office in Nairobi, Kenya with the following roles:
- Liaise with the law enforcement agencies in their own country
- Contribute to the regional terrorism database, in accordance with their respective national laws, and cooperate on cross-border investigations, operations and arrests.
